Dealing with Health Issues and fighting through it

Normally, I don't write about stuff like this unless there is a story behind.
For years, I personally have dealing with lower back, sacroiliac joint (SI) issues, carpal tunnel in both hands (mild), and recently the condition in my neck and right arm has changed.
Now, for some this may cause depression, anxiety, or type of mental issues.
For some, this would keep them in bed.
There are people who are far more worse off than I. For those that I do know that have chronic pain, like I: We have to fight through it to keep working, and do what needs to be done.
Personally, have been dealing with orthopedic issues since I was 35. I'm 53 now. Had surgery on my right shoulder. Always in rehabilitation. As one therapist had said, " You watch yourself, listen to yourself, and monitor. After while, this becomes habit."
My journey:
Knowing the physical habits we learned from the past, to know what not to do in future events, let's us perform tasks, that normally wouldn't be possible for those that have similar issues. Teaching these same habits to others, maybe performed differently, since we are all not the same.
Listening to your body, and performing tasks that don't work against you. Makes working not a challenge.
Knowing your limits, Listening to your body, an performing positive physical habits. Can make your life a little easier.
Let me touch base:
What we do every day, is about attitude. Where we go, say, work, and so on. Our mental health if working properly guides us to perform at the peak attitude. Now, we are not feeling well, pain, or what ever the problem is. We start to feel it. Well, then the mental health starts stressing, but if properly trained mentally, we can auto pilot through any problem.
Stay positive, and be strong
